Hi, I’m Alex, the founder of Seaside Setups. After years of hands-on experience working with nearly every wedding planner and event vendor in the Upper Keys, I saw a need for a dedicated, reliable DIY decor setup service – and I love stepping in to make couples’ lives easier!
I started Seaside Setups to give couples peace of mind. I’ve seen how much effort you put into choosing or crafting your decor – I treat each event as if it were my own, ensuring every shell, candle, and centerpiece is placed perfectly.
My time in the Wedding-and-Event industry in the Florida Keys has allowed me to gain experience and familiarity with nearly all wedding venues from Marathon to Key Largo; from Largo Resort beach ceremonies to grand resort receptions at Cheeca Lodge & Spa, I’ve set up décor in all kinds of venues and weather! I have experience working in every step of the wedding process: full wedding setup, breakdown, rentals, catering, lighting, even tent building. This has allowed me to build wonderful relationships with both venues and vendors in the area, and unique insight on how best to realize your DIY visions.
