Ceremony Set-up / Breakdown
Ideal for elopements or small ceremonies, this package covers complete setup (and optional breakdown) of your ceremony decor. We will arrange your DIY items at the ceremony site: arch or arbor assembly and draping, decor (sashes, aisle markers), aisle runner, signage (welcome signs, direction signs), and any other personal touches you’ve prepared. If added, we’ll place chairs, and return after the ceremony to pack everything up safely. This lets you and your guests head to the reception or celebration without worrying about cleanup.
Reception Setup / Breakdown
Focused on reception spaces (beachfront yards, resort venues, or rental homes), this package ensures your celebration area is completely ready for the party and packed up afterward. We set up all client-provided reception decor: centerpieces (we’ll set each one perfectly per your design), table settings or favors (if not handled by caterer), family photos or memory tables, escort card or seating chart displays, cake table decor, string lighting or lanterns, hanging décor installations, and more. Our team will coordinate with your venue on access times and handle the “flip” if your ceremony and reception are at the same place (we can seamlessly move decor from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour). After the party, we’ll return for breakdown: carefully packing your decorations, collecting all personal items, and even assisting with loading gifts or leftover decor into your vehicle so you don’t have to.
Full Wedding Setup
All-Day Decor Support (Ceremony + Reception) —Our most comprehensive package for couples who want start-to-finish coverage. We’ll be there to set up your ceremony and reception decor and handle all breakdown, so you and your crew can fully enjoy the day. This includes everything in the Ceremony Package and Reception Package, plus coordination of decor transfer and additional time on-site. From the moment your venue is available, we work to bring your vision to life exactly as you’ve planned – whether it’s a beach ceremony at sunset followed by a twinkling poolside reception, or any unique Upper Keys venue. After you’ve said your vows and celebrated, we quietly handle the teardown: packing up décor, storing items as instructed (we can even coordinate return of rented decor items if arranged in advance). This package is ideal for destination couples hosting both ceremony and reception in the Keys, or local couples having a full day event with DIY elements.
